At Wellbots, we are happy to offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. We ship any product from our website directly to your door, so you can choose from a wide range of products, from power stations and batteries to electric vehicles, sports equipment, and more.
How does it work?
Shipping outside the continental US can be complicated, so we have streamlined it for you. We work with a trusted freight forwarder we have partnered with for many years. Your order is shipped in two steps:
- We send your order from our warehouse to our freight forwarder's hub in the continental US.
- Your order is then consolidated, safely packaged for transit, and shipped to your door.
The entire process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.
How does it cost?
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii is charged at a fixed cost of $500, which will be added to your order at checkout. This cost is the same regardless of the number of products ordered: you can order as many items as you like, and your shipping cost will remain $500.
Returns, defects and warranty :
We want you to shop with confidence, wherever you are. Here is how returns work for orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii:
- Defective or damaged product within 30 days of delivery After 30 days: warranty claims
If your product arrives damaged or is defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We take care of all return shipping costs and handle the logistics for you.
- After 30 days: warranty claims
After 30 days, your product remains covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or by your CPS Extended Warranty if you purchased one. Your warranty is fully valid wherever you live. However, if the product needs to be sent back for repair or replacement, the return shipping cost to the continental US will be charged to you. We will still take care of organizing the logistics so the process is as simple as possible.
